Another Altered mail box : cricut

Here is my second box. This is for The Gypsy Spot. I used the tree from Heritage and welded two of them to a 4X11.5 rectangle. I then placed that rectangle on light pink cardstock to show through the tree. I inked this one quite a bit with Stampin Up Rich Razzelberry, love that color.  The image on the front of the box is from A Child's Year. I hope you like. :)

Ellie the Elephant by Adrian

This was our creation for this week at The Gypsy Spot. We used post-it craft paper for the elephant and the name. I took the idea and from here . Great ideas for Valentine's Day crafts.

My first Gypsy Box

I have been working on making my first box on my Cricut Gypsy. I found it very challenging but worth the work.  I have never done anything like this so the measurements were tricky.  I really like how it turned out. Once I had the box file done I opened it as a template and created the scroll frames from Storybook to go over the box.  I then finished it off with my Martha Stewart trellis border punch and some small flowers.  The word mom is welded from Lyrical Letters font Cricut Cartridge.  Thank you so much for visiting.
