For this creation I cut chose the heart favor box, but I wanted 2 hearts at the top. I place a single heart found on the same cart and placed it on top of the existing cut. Welded and grooup. When you group the box and hearts, you will lose the slits for scoring so keep that in mind when you get ready to fold. I decided to make my own border with another MS punch instead of the one on the cart. I then punch 2 holes just below the hearts to insert cord and tie the two sides. Hope you like it.
The cut below is the regular cut... you can see it only cuts one heart. and is open at the top.

Well, Nilda, great minds think alike! I used the same box! I was telling Donna I didn't know why I bought this cart, then I couldn't find it and thought I DIDN'T buy it, then I found it and was glad I DID buy it!!! LOL!!! I love all the litte boxes and they are so, so easy to make! I love the twist you put on yours with the double hearts on top and the border punch was a fantastic idea. Such yummy papers too!
This is just Too cute Nilda! Between you and Margie I think I just may need to break down and get Sweet Treats. Enabling has come full circle again! LOL xxD

Oh Nilda, gorgeous as usually... I am still looking for the loopy heart punch - you little enabler- I am going to CHA (ya me) hoping I can find it down there somewhere....
